Refund and Return Policy
Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your sauna must be in the same condition that you received it.
Returned saunas must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered. This includes being unassembled and unused, with all original materials included.
Please be aware that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee is contingent upon our suppliers’ policies and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different sauna, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer complimentary shipping on the initial purchase, but the return shipping is not covered by Prime Spot Saunas.
All saunas are eligible for return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Please note that some of our suppliers may have different return policies. There may be instances where a supplier's return policy will apply, which could restrict the ability to return an item. These policies will be honored, and specific details will be provided on the product page or by contacting our support team.
